Has anyone seen the crystal-clear DVD version of this visually-intriguing movie? I ordered it from France, since it isn't available in the U. S., and had to buy a modified DVD player, as it is a region two DVD.
I'd like to hear from fans of this movie, starring Vanessa Guedj, based upon the true life story of the director.
As good as the film is, I'd sure like to see a remake of it, faithful in every detail to the original, and, no, not in the way of 'Paradise,' its very poor U.S. follow-up.
E-mails of fans of this movie are not only welcomed, but encouraged.

Howdy. I'm interested in why you brought up the French movie (which I'm going to try to find, btw) on this discussion board for the comedy LIFE WITH MIKEY. Is there something about the two movies that groups them together in your mind? It seems completely off-topic, but perhaps there's some connection that made it make sense to you. Anyway, thanks for the recommendation of LE GRAND CHEMIN.

Just make a movie that makes me care, one way or another. I'm open.
