HORRIBLE ENDING!!!!!!

So jimbo murders her. Pat covers up the body. Pat rapes her. The others cover up the body.
And only jimbo gets prison time and pat gets set free! For raping a girl, causing her death and hiding the body?
I think I would have liked the ending to be that both jimbo AND pat go to prison. But I think this movies whole point was to show what a nasty rat pat was, I wouldnt be surprised if he set the whole thing up, including the murder and tried to pin it on everyone else. But then the others deserved to get thrown under the bus for going along with the lowlife.

I dont think the cops knew he raped her because the diary was empty, they tricked him; they put the pieces together but had no proof. The other friends didnt rat and know the whole truth but have to live with that. Great cheese movie!

I agree but the ending didn't shock me.

Yeah its true to life that scumbags such as Pat always end up getting away w/it and Jimbo was so worried about "covering up the rape and killing" b/c he was loyal friend to Pat which was his biggest mistake (along w/the whole group of disgusting friends) - I wanted justice served on a platter w/Pat's head for raping her in the first place. Pat could give a rat's ass about Jimbo. Pat was/is a selfish bastard, and I think the whole "gang of friends" were *beep* for keeping this a secret. I wasn't shocked w/the ending either DivaJ75.
