CAN ANYONE HELP ME FIND IT!??

I HAVE SEARCHED EVERY FILE SHAREING MEDIA WEBSITE I COULD FIND AND CANT FIND THIS MOVIE ANYWERE!! Even on the LMN! And I searched in all the other titels it went in in other countrys.

I did find it on amazon and ebay to buy but those quacks want over 200$ for a vhs!

I want to watch it sooo bad. I first saw it when I was 5-6 (bad parenting i guess) But I havnt seen it since then and have been searching for just the name for years. Its one of the first movies that ever related to me and I could understand with my heart.

If anyone knows were I can find it online or cheep to buy please tell me!
