Is this board banned in China?

No it isn't.. been in China 2 years, ca access this board. I bought a copy of "The blue kite" a while ago in a dvd shop. Beautiful movie, not many Chinese know about it though.

To be honest, I forget. One thing I did find strange while there was Wikipedia being censored. They have an agency named Xinhua that is responsible for proofreading all materials that will be published internally, and I guess it also applies to the Internet.
