During the first T.rex scene, Alan yells get the kids at Ian as the rex is chasing Ian. Why would he yell that? How would Ian get the kids?

Ian is the one who yells "Get the kids". Alan yells "Ian, freeze!"

he (grant) also says "get rid of the flare"

Didn't Grant also tell Ian to find Nedry as he was running away from the T Rex.

pretty sure he does yeh
