Rank your Stepfather films

Watching The Stepfather (Remake) Blu-Ray features and discovered that this isn't the first remake of The Stepfather.
Many people love the original Terry O'Quinn film and yes its excellent, with the sequel following it up nicely(I would even go as far as saying the 3rd film was a nice little closure, but did you know there is more than one remake?
The original film was based on the John List case and was made in 1985(although it was released in 1987), it was remade in a sense as 1993's Judgment Day: The John List Story and than remade again with the 2009 film. The real "Stepfather" died in 2008

So I thought I'd ask what would you say is your ranking if you've seen them all. Please none of that "It should never be remade" crap, these films will always get remade in one way or another, lets be glad its not the Psycho remake over and over again that is a case of "What's the point?"

The 1987 is by far the best. No need to rank the orhers.
