Mountains Near Amersterdam???

Anyone notice when they are in the transit camp "near Amsterdam" the mountains in the background? Apparently they were not so near Amsterdam ... or it is another example of the shoddy production work that is found throughout this this horrible film!

I did do a little research and the film is based on Jona Oberski's 1978 autobiography "Childhood." Per Wikipedia Oberski's family went through the Westerbork transit camp en route to Berger-Belsen. There are no mountains near Westerbork ... but there is a very good memorial.
