How does Rivette's version of the trial of Jeanne d'Arc compare to Bresson's and Dreyer's comparable films?

Yes, Maria Falconetti is absolutely transcendent. Though Florence Carrez's potrayal of Jeanne in Bresson's version has something to it as well, something mysterious and obdurate.

Then of course there's Besson's version...
