Why the change in actress?

thank you i had no idea this had a sequel, i didn't understand the title to this until i started watching, i just thought the title looked very weird at first, this looks like an older cartoon than 1993, it looks groovy and not like today's computer style thing, sometimes i think they should've stopped making entertainment in the 1990s, that seems to be the last before things got off track, even though this was made in 1993, i got a feeling some of the dialogue wouldn't be heard in a new flintstone episode. barney looks a bit different i found and sound different except for the laugh, and that sounds very like baldwin nails it in the viva rock vegas movie, by the way, rock vegas is visited here in animation, it says one of the voices also is ruth buzzi, i had no idea she was a voice actress, i've only seen her in the italian movie the troublemakers and as the dalton brothers mother in the real live action lucky luke starring terence hill, i wonder if she was the voice to the criminal brothers in this too, i didn't get the original language, some of the songs were kept in english though, you can even hear some background voices in english, and since the signs are in english it's spoken in other languages making it sound like a new segment up to the end, the grown daughter and grown bam bam was unusual to see, it all looks great, it's an enjoyable piece, it has some great fun lines in it, calling the frenchman rude, also, barney and fred seem to break their friendship in quite a few flintstones pieces.

we launched into space but i got distract,
during planning looked at your boobs instead of the map,
i dont know where we crashed but conditions are good,
and the friendly aliens have never seen the likes of you,
its barren and dark in this part of space,
but dont notice it next to madeleine,
before exploring lets sit back a while,
a brand new view check out stars around,
while the aliens repair our spaceship for flight.
