She still visits him in prison??!!

I read Laura Black still visits Charles in prison! WHY??!! He was insane. If I was her, I'd be doing all I could to see he gets executed and get him out of my life. Why does the damn woman still visit him??

Maybe it's to make sure he doesn't forget what he has done to so many people. And the death penalty is illegal in California

If it's illegal, then why is he on death row?

People who are on death row before the death penalty is uplifted in a state, stay on death row. Not many people get executed in general nowadays...he will probably die on death row IMO.
