I know why she didn't appear in Hocus Pocus II. Because her character, Allison, following the traumatic events of the first film, sat around drank Mt. Dew and got fat. She couldn't fit in that beautiful Halloween dress anymore. She's still pretty, but she's fat and cannot be chasing witches around anymore.
