When I was growing up I seen all his movies and never noticed it. then I guess I watched one of his more recent movies and I seen it because it must have gotten bigger over the years? Now when watching all of his old movies I can see it. couldnt he get plastic surgery on it to make it go away?

I have a similar deformation on my skull but it is not as big. It's from when my mother dropped me on the floor when I was a toddler.
