Well...

I just finished watching the movie on tv and man how disappointing.

David Greenhill just gave away way to much at the end. The audience already got the bloody picture. No point in him revealing that he'd been stalking Jennifer at all.

Also, the ending was completely redicilous. If you ask me, it would have been better if it ended with Greenhill torching the place, cut, scene, wrap. To end the movie with Greenhill dying and have Jennifer speak a lame victory-line is just retarded.

Greenhill should have walked... period. He's such a disturbing character, why not just leave the audience still disgusted by him?

God I'm angry, gonna get some coffee.

Yes. But you sound as if you didn't give up on it until the end. I was entertained by the whole flick but its several dozen lapses in logic were spread throughout. I suspect that the title's acronym was no coincidence.
