I just noticed this, at the hospital when he's hearing about the old homeless man being dead, the boy in the red coat is in the background in a wheelchair with a plastered leg.

Just watched the scene. Man, I've watched this movie probably 60-70 times. Never noticed that. Thanks for pointing it out. Great little detail from the filmmakers.

I never noticed that either. Thanks. Though I am a bit relieved that originally he just broke his leg and didn't have an injury that would cause him not to be able to live. I always thought he had died and Phil saved him from that fate.
