Let your love flow

I wasn't familiar with Brian Spencer's story before I saw this, and I don't think this biopic reveals much about him, but I found this to be is a very effective mood piece about a doomed father and son.

Production values are what you'd expect from the TV movie, but this shows hints of the odd and effective touches Atom Egoyan would later perfect in his films. And I can't think of any other film that's made better use of the Bellamy Brothers.

8/10 stars from me.
