Different Versions?

So I finally got the VHS copy today and it says that it is 98 min. long, but here on iMDB it says that the video version should be 101 min. long. I do not own the DVD but am curious to see if it has the same run time. Does anyone own or has seen this supposed longer version? If so, where did you find it and what are the differences between the two cuts?
