shareWow! I would love to see this. I saw Soul Kiss in 96 when I first started listenin to Jane’s and only know one person who had Gift. Sadly, this person let their copy fall into the wrong pair of hands, never to be seen again. Get digitizing dude! I will forgive the geekiness and pay you handsomely!!!!!!!!!

Farrell said Warner Bros.' catalog arm Rhino is working on a Jane's Addiction boxed set. The label is also preparing the DVD releases of his 1989 short film, "Soul Kiss," and his morbid 1993 movie "Gift."

Notice the "Off The Schedule" descriptor. So who knows.
I have a DVD of this from VHS. Transfer isn't perfect, but good enough. In fact, the mild pixellation in some scenes adds to the "tripiness". At first I wasn't sure if I was seeing artifacts of a less-than-perfect transfer or the actual intentions of the filmmakers.
I don't sell such stuff, btw, so don't ask. That doesn't mean I can't be of assistance...

You might be able to find someone at xiola.org willing to copy you a DVD of it. I know of one particular person in the Jane's online community that put this, Soul Kiss, and some live shows onto DVD.
shareI have a copy that originated on vhs but transferred fairly well. I don't have any ability to do disc or packaging art but anybody who wants to cover the shipping charges and donate me fifty cents for a blank disc I'll be glad to make a few copies and drop them in the mail. Looks like it'll be released on DVD as part of their Cabinet of Curiosities box set, unless it ends up being pulled off it for some reason.
