My favorite:

David: No me llames ni mi amoooor, ni mi niiiiƱo, ni papiiiiito.... Da-vid.

And I don't know what the official subtitle, but it's along these lines:
(David: Don't call me hooooney, or baaaaby, or sweeeetie... Da-vid.)

Close, but it's hard to interpret Spanish literally, especially the way we Cubans speak it. But, as close to literal as possible, this line equals " not my loooove, not my boyyyyy, nor daaaddy...." Your on with the rest, though...

Another good line is when David convinces his roomate that Diego is gay since he ordered strawberry ice cream when they had chocolate on the menu that day...

Overall, since these are Cuban actors in a Cuban movie set in Cuba, they have free range of language use, colloquialisms, for example, that either get left out or misused when any of the above are left out or too different (Scarface, Perez Family, etc).

"la bebida de la gente civilizada es el te', pero nosotros NO!"

"LLEGARON LAS CEBOLLAS AL MERCADO" 5 minutes later
"Que? Llegaron las cebollas?!"

"no me voy de este pais ni aunque me den candela por el culo."

I like it when the David and Francisco gottorno are arguing about the gay guy and Gattorno says something around the lines of:

"es que el comunismo no entra por el cool-o".
"communism does not enter by the ass"

ha ha ha. hilarious. I love cuban slang.

Tengo la corazonada que al personaje de Gattorno le gusta lo que entra por el culo mas de lo que parece.
