So the bluray is the theatrical cut without the "gum trees and runaway truck" extended ending? :(
shareThe R rated US version is slightly cut in two places. When the claustrophobic prisoner is killed at the beginning, a shot of a trickle of blood coming from his neck is gone and Jeffery Combs death is shortened.
This version of the film came out on blu almost without notice, so, don't expect a special edition director's extended cut anytime soon. This is the best your gonna get.

The Jeffrey combsb death scene is the biggest offender in regards to the r rated cut the scene makes little senes and is one of the most obvious edits ever
I think releasing the r rated cut on blue ray completely redundant and not worth my cash until thay release the uncut version I'm sticking g with my UK vhs
