The books

I saw this documentary as part of a class, but now I really want to read one of the old lesbian pulp novels they mentioned in the movie. Does anyone know where I can get one? Thanks to anyone who can help.

It's over a year later, but if you are still interested you should read some of the novels by Ann Bannon. The story that was acted throughout this documentary was somewhat lifted from "Odd Girl Out" and another novel that followed that. I can't remember the name, but it had the character Beebo Brinker in it. Also, there is a compliation of about four of Ann Bannons novels in one book called the Beebo Brinker Chronicles. Anyway, you can get them online easily, I'm sure. They were republished within the last 10 years or so. Try Amazon.
