shareI liked it. Forgot all about this movie until this morning, they mentioned it being one of his flops after M.j.Fox was diagnosed w/Parkinson's. (E-True Hollywood Story). But it was a very funny movie, and I love Gabriel Anwar.

Its Truly a monumental film, that has neverbefore been created. The LOVE between Doogles and whats-her-name (whohasthegreatesta$$forawhitegirl) (her middle name), is cherishable, AT LEAST. I remember first watching this thing on TNT and saying ' OH, i have SLEEPY'S in my EYE....' -
What's really wonderful about this film, is the combination of story and acting, it harkens back to the old Baudelairey Frenchy French books n poems n hippiez n I like Dooglez infinite qwest to expand his namesake.
Give me this film for breakfast and I will give you a mint.
I disagree...this movie is typical fluff, was poorly acted and VERY predictable.

and it's beautiful made too, with the great shots of new york city throughout the film, made even more better with the brilliant music.
i'm so used to the song in the beginning of the movie that it was fun to see it cut like that to fit the scenes, the tune is from ray charles 1993 album "my world" and there are other tunes on that i like even better than the one featured in this movie. another tune in this movie when at the piano seem to be a pretty famous one but i only recognise it from a reference in the twilight zone radio drama "the dummy". after seeing michael j fox in back to the future this portrayal looks too strange, i was like pick the skateboard out of the suit and cruise out of there.
