Drink in the Cayman Islands

What is the name of the drink that Abbie and Avery drink at the table in the Cayman Islands right after she arrives? It sounded like something-"cognac" but it's difficult to make out.

Anyone have an idea and whether it's a real liquor?

I believe it was Havana Club which is supposed to be a very good dark rum made in Cuba.

Havana Club is a very common rum you can pick up anywhere. I hope they were drinking some special local version and not the usual supermarket brand 🤷‍♂️
