Song at the end?!

I was wondering if anyone had any info (title/artist name) about the song that plays with the end credits??

I've done numerous google/yahoo searches to no avail...however, I've seen it one other place though--in a scene from Emmanuelle in Space (w/Krista Allen).

I also found an incomplete set of lyrics someone posted on another site....hopefully they'll help:
