Walton's actual experience on the ship

Watch that if you want to see it re-enacted. It doesn't show his real account in the movie. The scene in the movie was made up because they thought his real story was too boring. If they really felt that way, why not just make your own movie based on Travis Walton's story. Why even use the real names? They changed so many other things. They changed his experience on the ship so drastically and now it has people thinking he was tortured and came back all screwed up. In the movie, Travis Walton apparently has Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, which is a total lie. They could've also taken Travis Walton's real experience and maybe dramatized it a little. Or added to it. To just change it completely into what the writer came up with, was wrong. It was weird, totally off the wall, somewhat disgusting and looked like something out of a horror movie. I didn't see the movie at all as a horror movie. The movie succeeded the most with the drama and acting. The scene where they see the spaceship was well done too.

I concur...I was curious why they changed it in the movie, his experience on the ship. So they thought it was boring? Well, in that case, they could have just made a movie loosely based on the real story, instead of directly, and have all characters, including the lead character, have different names. This way, it would be easier to do, not to mention it would have been more credible. When doing fiction/alized, you can take it anywhere you want, as opposed to sticking to real life details. Yes, I agree, it did exceptionally well with the drama and acting.

In the "true" story of Travis Walton's "abduction" experience, Walton claimed that when he first woke up on the ufo (after being "zapped" by the aliens in full view of his co-workers), that there were several "classic," small gray ETs surrounding him while Walton was lying on a table.

Being very resourceful and decisive (unlike so many other abductees who recall being totally under the control of the "grays" during their alleged, frightening abduction experiences), Travis Walton grabbed some nearby object (like an inter-gallatic flashlight or tv remote, perhaps) and swung it at the little fellows, keeping them at bay until a very tall, blonde Nordic-Christian-looking alien walked into the room and escorted Walton out into a large hangar of "parked," smaller ufos and, then, finally into another room with two other "Nordic-Christian aliens."

In the room, the tall, blonde alien placed a mask over Travis Walton's face and Walton passed out immediately. The last thing Walton recalled was when he woke up, now out on the ground, and he looked up to see the "mother ship" ascending and flying away.

Can you imagine if the producers and director of "Fire in the Sky" had made that accurate version of Travis Walton's "true" story? I don't think that even Tim White, the former host of the oh-so-credulous "Sightings" show on FOX would have bought that cockamamie story. (Maybe they could have cast Dutch actor Rutger Hauer in the role of the benevolent Nordic-Christian alien, who came to Travis Walton's assistance?) 😀

A local radio station interviewed Mr Walton back in the 90's.
He stated that there were not dead humans in cells inside the ship.

reply

That's because the ship was only in the minds of hoaxers Travis and his brother.
