Unlike what you might think, Power of his condition or what not, or him being fearless, I got to think about after seeing this, I think he was in some kind of chock, giving him adrenaline so the strawberries doesn’t affect him, he soon wakes up from this chock and again is allergic to this exotic fruit.

The Power of Chock, I would think.

I would say "shock" :-) but I think you're more or less correct (something in the mind-body connection suppresses his immune reaction). (You think strawberries are exotic? They're very common in the U.S.)
