Does anyone think that LOST's first episode is extremely similar to the post-crash scene in this movie?

The main character walks out of the greenery to find the crashed plane and its remaining survivors going crazy. Until the plane is shown, there is no indication of any plane crash, even in the audio.

Very realistic and sobering...

SERIOUS DeJaVU watching this movie. Infact, to me, seems lost stole a lot of premis from this movie: confused intoduction at crash site, who's dead who's alive kind of stuff, is it real, is it not, what to believe, personal problems, flashbacks etc etc
