Other Movies Similar to 'Fearless?'

I always felt the movie Stay (2005) with Ewan MacGregor, was similar, but superior, to Fearless. They're not exactly alike but they have similar elements, a theme about being stuck between life & death, and a lot of surreal symbolism. But Stay, in my opinion, of course, is much more interesting, better paced, has incredible choreography, better acting, no lagging, and is much more intense. If you liked this movie then you might like Stay as well. Another movie that I thought had similar elements was Unbreakable, because it's about a man who learns things about himself after a similar type of devastating accident where mass people are killed.

Did anyone else notice similarities between Fearless and any other movies that came before or after it? Are there any other movies that you thought had related issues? I'd love to hear your opinions, and also get some viewing suggestions!

Adrian Lynes's 'Jacob's Ladder' (1990) starring Tim Robbins, has similar elements to this but is much darker.

That's a good movie, and a good book, too.
