Just watched this film. Maybe it was mentioned but I don't think so.

so how many years had passed from when Mattie and Ethan have the accident, to the end of the picture when the Rev and Katherine Houghton come to visit them and they find what they find.

Maybe 30 years or more??

Seemed to be about 40, the way they made Mattie look?

In the book it was said that it was 24 years cents they had the "smash-up"
