I would like to see this movie but no where has it

I've checked a large number of results on Google. Anything from Torrents, Streaming Sites (like primewire), and rental services (physical and digital). No where seems to have this. The only available place I've seen that carries it is disney themselves and they charge 20$ for a dvd. I wouldn't mind even streaming it for maybe 4-5$, but I find it sad that such a good movie is not freely available.
