This movie had over a $1 million budget and released in only one theater to gross about $1,000?

It's too bad, because I consider this flick a hidden comedic gem.

Then again that is presuming the numbers posted are correct.

Unfortunately, the theatrical market for indie horror dried up in the early 1990's, so I'm amazed that this film even received a limited theatrical run. As for its poor performance at the box office, that could probably be attributed to either lackluster marketing or the fact that this film only played for a week tops in a small handful of theaters.
