does anyone know?

at the witche's gathering a man in a long hooded black cloak enters at the back. When Agatha sees him she is startled and exclaims to herself "the count" . He quickly covers his face as to hide his identity from her. Although you can see this character in the background throughout until everyone races out, there is no further involvement or explanation of this character or the reactions of Agatha or himself. What was this aa about?

This is the one of the best movies MK and A have done next to It Takes Two. In fact I actually own DDTaT where I don't own It Takes Two, so hands down this is the best movie the twins have done. I'm twenty-four and still find it amusing.

Maybe the character's a nod to "Dracula"...

Maybe when she says "the count" she's asking for a head count to see if there are more people than expected and to see if the twins have come to the gathering. I'm guessing the cloaked man's reply is a signal that there are outsiders present at the gathering. That's why Agatha has a worried expression on her face when he covers his face with his cloak.

Or the fact that the Count was obviously Count Dracula and she was surprised to see him there. Everyone knows that Dracula rarely travels. She has two reactions upon seeing him. First she was surprised and then it shows her blushing a little. Vampires are almost always portrayed as alluring, which explains her attraction to him. He covered his face so that his presence wouldn't be a distraction.
