Most hated character in "Dennis The Menace"?

IMO I consider that snobby lady who Alice works with to be the most hated character in the movie, I've thought she was very rude, pompous and arrogant, she was IMO the least likable character in the movie, I loved seeing her receiving her comeuppance at the end of the movie!
