1) Dead-Alive

Inside...its a french film but its gore to the max.

Marian dora's "Cannibal". that one was extremely gory and disturbing as well!

I'll have to check that out. I've seen several films that should be on the list, since I made it, like Bone Sickness, Gutterballs and Tokyo Gore Police. Good stuff.
