Burns's drug supplier

About 16 minutes or so into the film, there's a scene between Burns and a young girl who's come to supply him with drugs. It takes place after Burns and Madonna have had sex, and Madonna leaves him. The girl drug supplier looks very like Angelina Jolie. She isn't credited, and I can find nothing using Google. HOWEVER, the film was made in 1993, between Angelina's modelling and film careers. It is also during the time when she is rumoured to have been a heroin addict. Has anybody else seen this film and remembers the scene? I'd appreciate any comments. BTW, the full film is on YouTube and the scene is just after 15 minutes.
