Decent story, good cast. Pedestrian production and a terrible waste of Julie Carmen. Stumbled across it as 'CIA: Exiled' and found it watchable but could have been a lot better.

stumbled across it on youtube under the CIA.. title - not seen it before and the cast seemed interesting

Becuase this particular movie film is pretty old but I have seen in on the TV before
