Oh, come on... Great movie!

And I mean great in that it was extremely funny. The little kid in the movie was hilarious. How can people think this wasn't funny? His mannerisms, everything he did was comedic gold (like when he was on the phone at the station pretending to instruct an officer about what to do). Hilarious, plain and simple. I understand that this movie isn't a "good" movie, in a lot of ways, but it's rating is very low when you consider what it actually was and tried to be.
