just seen it a few days ago after a long time, and damn that was weird. First off I was wondering, why can't he wait for the kid to leave the room before he takes a piss, then they start playing piss swords???? eerie. not right.

Thanks for the fuqqin drinks pal- Donnie Brasco

Devon is literally eye level with Burt's cock, staring at it. Why would the director include this scene? Why in god's name would the writer include this scene? Fcking weird and disturbing.

This movie was made when you could joke around kids and not be afraid of being labeled a child molester. Time have certainly changed. Funny scene.

I agree with stam. Guys just whip it out and wee wherever and whenever. That's just the way it is. At least was, I dunno anymore. People are too uptight.

Yeh, no s*** Amazing oakland and Sack lunch. Very disturbing and messed up! An 8 year old kid and a grown man that wasn't even his father!? I'm still surprised that they allowed something so sick and disturbing into the film!! Why didn't at least Burt throw the kid out of the bathroom and then lock the door the second the kid got started with his "swords" thing!? And then when Burt was done peeing have a very frank and stern talk with the kid about how wrong what he did was!?

When I first saw it, I dropped my jaw and widened my eyes, and whispered "what the hell?". That was just wrong, plain wrong!

I haven't seen this movie since I was a kid, but even remembering that scene makes my stomach churn...

What is wrong is people taking something that is fun and innocent and turning it into something dirty. The movie is full of scenes of child endangerment and violence which is surely way more inappropriate than this scene.

I can understand the concern, since these days our culture seems to have lost its innocence. But in earlier times, many film scenes which are now unacceptable were considered entirely benign by most of us. Back when I was potty training my brood, there was a cute "sink the paper boats" game marketed as an aid for boys -- wonder if they still make that one? Cop-1/2 was never my kind of movie, but memory reminds me that, back in the paleozoic era, my own parents suffered through a lot of clunkers for my sake, just as I did when my own kids were young.

Dear lord people, you mean to tell me when growing up your Dad never played "swords" with you. I know plenty of kids whose fathers did that when they were really little and there is nothing homosexual or pedophliac about it.

Yep; a kid staring at an adult's penis and all but suggesting they have a 'swordfight', is slightly disturbing...
