John Candy heart attack prediction?

When John Candys character "Irv" is introduced in the movie, Derice and Sanka are trying desperately to recruit and convince Irv to coach them. They follow him around as he continues to say no and push them away. They then surprise him in the bathroom and in an angry tirade Irv waves them out. That's when he grabs at his heart and his face looks like he's having a heart attack. Not in a "oh, they surprised him" way but more in a "call 911!" way.
Also worth noting, this was his last film released into theatres before he passed away from a heart attack.
