I like this movie for the same reason I like Mad Men: It's a window into an earlier era when relations between men and women were quite different and more complicated than they are now. I also like the women's fashions from that period. Very sexy.

The comparisons to Mad Men are apt, but let's not take it too far. Yes, it's set in the same era, and yes, it highlights fashions and sensibilities of the era. But in terms of quality? Mad Men is high art, this is T.R.A.S.H.!!! Don't get me wrong; I enjoyed it, but it is one one-thousandth of the quality of Mad Men.
