At one point, an elderly man talks in Armenian (I think) to the camera for a long period of time. Anyone know what he's talking about? The wife's character says at one point that he's discussing the church in the background... But is that all?
shareHe was talking about the history and architectural aspects of the fortress and later the church behind him (called Amberd or Anberd). The manner of which he was speaking was very rapid in a village vernacular, and the man spoke without even glancing at the two people behind him nor paid any attention to them (asides from answering a question Khanjian asked).
I pretend to work because the Soviet government pretends to pay me.
