Disturbing movie

This movie is disturbing on all levels, to me. I saw it once years ago. I watched the whole thing out of curiosity, but found it disturbing. I wouldn't want to watch it again.

What exactly do they show in this movie? Helena waving her stubs around? Shudder.

Well it did have a "Wizard of Oz" ending.
