Miklo's Quentin sentencing Terms
I knew that Miklo's first term was 15 years and he did only 9 years when he is released on parole.
What was his sentencing Terms the second time???
Did he get Life???
Probably life without the possibility of parole. Armed robbery, murder of a security guy at Zody's, shooting at police officers. Not to mention that he was still on probation at the time. In real life he may have gotten the death penalty, but the movie obviously wouldn't work if Miklo ended up isolated on Death Row.
shareYeah, I'd also say life without, as during a scene in the prison library, Miklo states "I'm gonna live in here" to Gerry, which intimates he's never getting out.
"Hey, look at that! She's not crazy, she's being chased by a cheetah!"
When he said "I'm gonna live in here" to Gerry, he was talking about the library.
shareMiklo went to prison in 1973 and got out in 82.He committed the robbery and Murder in 1982 Death Penalty was abolished in CA in 1976. So that was no longer an option of a sentence for him. But most definitely life without the possibility of parole was his sentence
