is there a U.S. DVD version of this film? if not where can i get a foreign copy?

It's available from bestbuy.com although it doesn't specifically say that it's NTSC format. Since Best Buy is an American company, I can only assume that it is in NTSC.

Scorpion Releasing recently released a Region 1 DVD of this film. It's a beautiful transfer, but the disc is light on bonus features if you care about that sort of thing.

What do you think this is, a signature? It's a way of life!
