I guess this may be trivia rather than anything meaningful, but I noticed at about 50 minutes into the film, as the narration goes "Kiss me again", there is a black dot in the upper left of the screen for a brief moment. Unfortunately for me, that was the most interesting thing about the film. Perhaps it should have been called The Black Dot.
I've never noticed the black dot. Perhaps a 'cigarette burn' ie. to let the projectionist know the reel was near it's end.
shame you didn't like the movie. It's not for everyone but try it again and don't wait for anything, just let it wash over you. you never know, you might gain entry to this admittedly challenging movie.
