That Radu dude should carry a hanky with him or something, he seems to drool for no reason whatsoever.

He isn't drooling. It's blood dripping from his mouth. He is one messy eater so he is. No matter the amount it usually drips from his mouth. I guess that's what they wanted us to see. Not only was he menacing to see but he was not concerned about his "table manners" in the slightest.
