Really all the oil in Kuwait is only worth that much, even in 1993. I doubt that but also know that this is a fictitious movie based on the TV series.

The oil dudes said they were paying him $1B for the contracts to drill the oil....they never said all of the oil was only worth $1B.

Whose idea was it for the word "Lisp" to have an "S" in it?
