Bloopers...

We all sit here and pick on the bloopers behind movies/shows/etc. But how about this show:

Unless I miss my guess, the Hillbillies on this movie are from Arkansas and the original series characters are from Tennesee.

The big kicker is that there is NO WAY that the little schmuck and that floozie could overtake Granny and throw her in a mental institute. She would kick both their butts without even having to lace up her combat boots!

Holler if ya hear me!!!

The Clampett's are NOT from Tennessee. Not sure where you got that?

The consensus is that they are from the Ozarks (Southwestern Missouri and Northwestern Arkansas). In a few of the Beverly Hillbillies episodes the Clampetts were shown at Silver Dollar City, which was (at the time) a new theme park near Branson, Missouri.

There's only one source on the planet that we can always rely on to be 100% accurate - Wikipedia.

OK, maybe not, but it does say this:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Beverly_Hillbillies

The Beverly Hillbillies appear to be Southerners, but consistent information about which part of the South they are from is not given. Granny frequently mentions that she was born and raised around Limestone, Tennessee, near Greensville (sic; actually Greeneville), but the state from which the Clampetts move to California is never revealed. Various, sometimes conflicting, clues can be found in certain episodes. In season 5, episode 17, it is claimed that they come from the town of "Bug Tussle" in an unspecified state.
