Hide the candles and I'll light the garbage!

The best line in this film by far. When Ellie and her daughter were running around awaiting the Doctor's arrival (with Keystone Kops style music playing for some reason), Ellie gets her words mixed up - Found it amusing especially as it looked like Helen Slater was trying to keep a straight face

After a toast, Billy Zane's character ends with "Drink up.", Helen Slater replies, with a delightfully kooky delivery, "Going down, lingerie, David Lynch, Fellini" and then drops her wine glass. By far the superior line.
