I don't know about anyone else but I think that if Johnny Depp had not been cast in this film I probably would have hated it! But he did a wonderful job, his character is sweet and good and makes you really feel for him. I've always been a huge fan of Johhny Depp and watching his earlier work from the 90's reminds me why I fell in love with him and his acting skills in the first place.

I LOVE this movie!! Mostly because of Johnny Depp!! This movie is one of my favorite Johnny Depp movies.

Johnny Depp made this film, he was quirky but he made quirky and awkward look hot. I LOVE the part where he swings past the window just to see Joon. He is amazing in all his roles. One of my favorites is What's Eating Gilbert Grape, he's the polar opposite but still Amazing.

He was really good in this one & many others in the 90s. I hope he goes back to similar roles instead of the millionth Pirates or Alice In Wonderland
