Lester... a Mole?

I am pretty sure I just heard Beakman call Lester a "Mole"Lester... Not very appropriate for a children's show!

reply

There were quite a few 'naughty' moments on that show...Double entendres and sound effects. But usually they're so brief, one often wonders if they MIS-HEARD something....Which was probably why there might not have been an uproar in the media over the "Mole-Lester" comment, if it at all happened....Well, either THAT or parents have no idea that remark was even made, what with them using television sets as babysitters/attention substitutes for their children....

WHATS A mole LESTER? OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. A MOLESTER. UHH. I THINK IT HAD A DIFFERENT DEFINITION BACK IN THE DAY BESIDES THE WORD WE MARRIED IT TO WHICH IS CHILD TO MAKE CHILD MOLESTER BUT ITS LIKE HOW GAY USED TO MEAN HAPPY BACK IN THE DAY WITH FLINTSTONES LYRICS 'WELL HAVE A GAY OLD TIME' AND FRED AND BARNEY SMOKING CIGARETTES AND *beep* ITS CRAZY

reply

Silly rat. Tricks are for kids!

reply

Gay still means happy. It has seceral meanings, they haven't been eliminated.

And molester had the same meaning in the 90s (during this series) as it does now.

reply

I thought Lester was a rat.

reply

LoL. Do you really not get it?

I'll tell you in another life, when we are both cats.
